I was 19 years old, in 1967. You have a pick of George Showerer and me in the old control room. I'm the fat guy on the right. Wasn't there long. Got drafted in 1968. When I got out in 1970. Went back to recording. Became an engineer. Have been working for CBS and Disney for 51 years and playing music for even longer. Just happened to get online here a year ago and found this history of the studio. And read that you did not know who was the other person with George. The best learning time of my life!!!! The people and the artists I met and worked with can never be relieved.

Just thought I would let a know! I retired. And still work sound in a mega church in Florida, and play guitar for them sometimes. What an adventure for me. The incredible machines that were innovated there in music history. And even if I'm the only one who knows, I'm happy to have lived those times I bless George and Skip for that chance. Regret not re-connecting until now, more than 50 years later.
